Claudia was born near Palermo, Italy in 1960. She frequently meets with LGBT organizations to clarify the struggles of intersex people and encourage the inclusion of the 'I' in the LGBT acronym.
Most recently her advocacy brought her to present at the 'Notes of Rights and Freedom' sponsored by the President of the Council of Ministers of Italy. Today, Claudia makes her home in Treviso, Italy.

Claudia participated in the first meeting of people with AIS in Italy and participated in the formation of Associazione Italiana Sindrome di Insensibilità agli Androgeni (AISIA).
