Kitty Anderson is an Intersex activist based in Iceland. In 2014, she was one of the founders of Intersex Iceland and has served as Chairperson since. She holds the position of secretary of the executive board of Organisation Intersex International (OII). She also served on the board of Samtökin 78, The National Queer Organisation of Iceland, in 2015 as a board member and from 2016 as International Secretariat of OII. She has had a place on the board of the Icelandic Human Rights Office since 2015, taking the position of the chairperson in May 2016. She also served on Iceland's Ministry of Welfares Queer Committee from 2014-2016.
